Warranty Request Form
Therma-Tru warrants the original owner of the door against manufacturing defects. Please use this link to submit a warranty claim for your Therma-Tru door unit. In order to process your claim efficiently, we ask that you provide the following information:
- Proof of purchase
- Pictures of the Therma-Tru door unit that clearly show the issue
- Pictures of the Therma-Tru watermark on the glass and/or the Therma-Tru stamp on the hinges
- Any relevant sizing information (e.g. slab dimensions, glass frame to frame measurements)
