Please review the Logo Usage and Link Agreement Form in its entirety. By reviewing and signing this form, you will be granted the permission to link to the Therma-Tru website,
http://www.thermatru.com, using the Therma-Tru logo accompanied by the tagline "The Most Preferred Brand in the Business.™" Permission is also granted to use any and/or all company information or logo on any marketing materials.

We are pleased to introduce additional Co-op credits for Website Advertising. The following criteria must be met:
- Proper logo must be used and it must be featured equal in size to any other product logos which appear on the website (use of proper tagline).
- Identification of our brand and link to our website is permissible.
- Quick logical access to tiered information on our product; e.g., Building Products, Entry Doors, Patio Doors, etc.
- Featuring of the following products with images and/or copy will be eligible for Co-op credit:
• Linking to our Door Designer
• For each fiberglass product line offered:
• Classic-Craft
• Fiber-Classic
• Smooth-Star
• Fiberglass Patio Door Systems
• For linking to our website
• For virtual showrooms
• For showing Therma-Tru components, such as:
• Multi-Point Locking System
• Sills
• All co-op claims must be routed through your authorized Therma-Tru
distributor.
