What are the warranties on Therma-Tru doors?

I feel I have a warranty claim, how do I exercise it?
Contact the dealer where the unit was purchased. They will contact their
wholesale distributor and have a service person call you. If
corrective measures are not undertaken promptly, contact Therma-Tru
Technical Services at 1-800-537-8827. Hours are 8:30am – 4:45pm
(EST) Monday - Friday.
